Romantic Sleeve

If you follow me on IG and saw my story Sunday you know I went to a castle to shoot this outfit.  I was also 'trespassing' and asked to leave.  Well my photographer and I did some research....this Castle has a love story and is rumored to be apart of a secret society.  As you can see I only posted 2 of the pics at the Castle.  I won't name the castle, but I will tell you the story.  In 1833 a young man named Peter was madly in love with a woman named Fanny.  Peter was not the only man in love with Fanny, there was another suitor.  It is said the two men met at the castle to settle the dispute with a pistol duel.  Peter was killed upon a rock that is rumored to still have his blood upon it.  Fanny would return to the castle daily in the hopes of finding Peter, it is said she later died of sorrow and loneliness.  I thought this a perfect story to share with you since Valentine's Day is around the corner.  Also, this is my Valentine's Day outfit.  I put this on before the shoot and my husband wouldn't take his eyes off of me, saying I looked stunning.  I know green is not a typical Valentine color but I paired it with a soft pink bag and these velvet rose embroidered mules.  I love mixing things up and not being traditional for a holiday.

This top was given to me as compensation for a sponsored blog post.  All opinions are my own.  The material is Polyester.  It washes perfectly in the machine, but I would hang dry.  I am normally a medium in tops but sized up to a large.  For reference I am 5'9".  It is not often I receive a piece of clothing and the sleeves be long enough for me.  I love how romantic this top looks.  It does come in 3 colors, so if you want pink for Valentine's Day it's available.
