Banana Bread

1 cup granulated sugar
8 tablesppons (1 stick) butter, room temp
2 Large Eggs
3 Ripe Banana's
1 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat Oven to 325 degrees, you will bake the bread for 1 hour

Cream sugar and butter, add eggs one at a time while mixing (essentially grow a third arm).
In separate bowl (because dirtying every dish is necessary) mash bananas with fork, mix in milk and cinnamon.  I used my mixer to make this all kinds of creamy.
Add banana mix to creamed butter mix.  Then add other dry goods until flour isn't visable.
Pour in baking dish (please spray or 'lube' your dish so the bread comes out clean).
Then bake!

I got a wild hair a few weeks ago that I wanted to try baking bread.  Well what easier bread than banana, so I let some of my fresh natural bananas rot.  Ew.  Anyhow when they were nice and brown (and I was actually home for more than sleep) I decided to make this bread.  Funny story - I was out of baking soda and powder so I googled what to do if you don't have any.  Well it said to beat my eggs to add air and then fix / cook right away.  So I did.  The bread is delicious but kinda heavy.  Next time I will make sure I have soda and powder. lol

Next time your bananas are getting brown put them in the frig and make bread!
