Sunday Brunch

 My husband and I love Sunday Brunch.  It's the one meal we have real fun with and try new recipe's!  My husband doesn't like to eat out so this is always done at home.  While grocery shopping at Kroger I saw this Pumpkin Loaf Cake and thought it would be a good quick breakfast during the week.
 My hubby being ever so clever said why not make french toast using the pumpkin loaf bread!  OMG I love this man.  I never would have thought to do that but it was so delicious!  We try french toast out of most any bread we buy (Croissant is so good).

Growing up my dad loved breakfast!  My mom wasn't always a fan of cooking breakfast every morning, however on special weekends we would eat cream chipped beef on toast.  So good!  I enjoyed those breakfast's so much that when I became an Adult I made sure to cook breakfast on a regular basis.  TIP!  I cook my bacon in the oven at 385 degrees.  I put it in and start on the rest, when I am done cooking whatever we decided on the bacon is done.
4 Large Eggs, Milk (I ran out making a Chai Latte so poured my latte which gave the spice), Vanilla, Sugar.  Whisk together and soak bread in.  Then put in pan with heated Canola oil (just enough to cover the bottom).  Leave about 2-4 minute's on each side.  You want the bread to be a medium brown.
Serve with maple syrup.  YUM!
