Sleep is so important.  Both my husband and I suffer from Insomnia.  So when Botanyst offered for me to try their product I jumped at the chance.  Both my husband and I took these together and found the same results.  A restful night sleep with no nasty side effects, like being groggy the next morning.  Not to mention who wants bags under their eyes?  Not me!

Restful Sleep provides a gentle, restorative sleep. It doesn’t knock you out like other sleep remedies. Dr. Xu knows that most people can’t sleep because they can’t stop thinking, so she created Restful Sleep to work like an “off switch” to a hyperactive mind.

This past weekend I started to feel better.  I have been sick with an Upper Respiratory Infection. (sad face emoji) Needless to say being home in bed for almost a week has been nice but I am getting stir crazy.  So Sunday I asked my husband to take me out to lunch so I could see if I would make it through a day at work Monday.  We stopped at this little French restaurant.  B ordered Escargot and I got a Quiche.  Needless to say neither were great.  We found out the food is pre-fixed and frozen.  EW!  Honestly if you are going to have a French restaurant you don't serve frozen food!  The Escargot had oregano on it, which B hates.  So we sent it back but the waiter said he couldn't prepare it without because the food is not made fresh.  Oddly they still charged us for his food!  I mean really.  Who does that?  It just wasn't the best lunch date.  Anyhow, I wore my navy lace shorts and boho top again, it's so perfect for these super hot days.
Have I said how much I love my selfie stick?  Thanks Marly!!

Are you in Carrboro or Chapel Hill?  What is your favorite restaurant?
I am bound and determined to find new places to eat but a little shy after this meal.

  1. What a bummer that the food was subpar. Sergio has eaten here for dinner once and he seemed to like it. Maybe Brunch is not there specialty. You should try Tom and Chee the grilled cheese spot in Carrboro and also Bella. Those are 2 of our favs in Carrboro. Glad you are enjoying the selfie stick. It is def fun thing to have.

    1. Oh well maybe it was just a bad Brunch. Yes the selfie stick has come in handy a lot!
      xo, Lee

  2. I love that pretty top!

  3. Such a cute top!

  4. I like the boho look here on you Lee, I know what you mean about sleep too. I need my 8 hours!
