Sandal Season

All thoughts and opinions are mine and mine alone.
Summer is here which brings with it Sandal Season!  One thing that is important to me when wearing sandals is that my feet look clean and fresh.  Where I do enjoy a good pedicure, it's not reasonable to get one every few days.  So to keep my feet in top shape I use Adovia scrub to soften and brighten my feet, while leaving them hydrated.
Scrubs help circulation and are a wonderful way to invigorate your skin.
I keep my scrub in my shower so I can easily scrub my feet, legs, and arms.  Exfoliation is very important and good for your skin.  This scrub has an amazing scent and spreads easily.  Not to mention the healing properties of the dead sea salt.
With sandal season also comes my weekly trips to the Farmer's Market.
It's a fun way to pamper myself.  I wake early on Saturday, drink my coffee on the front porch, do some things around the house, get my feet ready with Adovia scrub, and head to the Farmer's Market.
btw - these lace shorts are from Target (pj dept), and so comfortable!
There are three things I get at the Carrboro Farmer's Market - Flowers, Goat Cheese, and Tomatoes!
This week I picked up a Green Tomato, which I am excited to fry up!  I'll let you know how it turns out!

How do you get your feet ready for sandal season?

  1. I like the idea for smooth feet, and I use salts ( epsom) for baths daily too. You look pretty!!
