Eating and What you really need

So in an effort to actually loose the few pounds that really bother me I am trying non-exercise ways to do it!  The first Diet didn't work.  Eating Fruit or Vegetables all day and nothing else is beyond hard!  Plus you body needs other things.  So here is a list I located that should help get me on a good track!

This will make a big difference when I get that Soda or Chocolate craving!!
