Diet - Typically No but I'll Try

So summer is sneaking up quick and I still can't get the motivation to exercise or change my eating habits.  I thought I would try a 7 day diet and see if it works!  I will track my progress along with those nasty before and after photos to see how well I do and if it's worth the time.  I figure any diet that tells me to eat fruit and vegetables can't be too bad.
Now don't get me wrong, I in no way think I need to be a size 2.  It wouldn't work with my bone structure.  I just want to fit in the clothes I already own so I don't have to spend money unnecessarily. 

UPDATE - I was unable to complete this diet as I felt too hungry and had a high stress time.  Would be happy to hear about your success in the comment section below!


  1. I did this and lost 8 lbs. I did deli turkey but probably should've done fresh turkey to omit the sodium. I feel great getting back to regular eating with having done this. Helped me get myself back into healthy choices.

  2. So, each day, you eat nothing but that stuff every week and for how long?

  3. Did you keep the weight down or did it came back as fast as it was lost?

    1. I didn't make it through this diet. I got too hungry.
