Diet Day 1

So I am not good at this kind of stuff!  I did pretty good considering, well me.  Ha

Breakfast - 1 cup Kashi Go Lead cereal and whole milk (I know)
Drink - 1 Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade, & water
Snack - Soy Nuts
Lunch - Watermelon (1/4)
Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Panera Tomato and mozzarella panini, cup of broccoli soup, and a fudge brownie.  Pepsi with dinner

Yes I did Terrible!  I felt good after lunch though and wasn't as tired.  For Dinner I needed some comfort food with a very dear friend.  So tomorrow I will try the vegetable thing.  I am sure that I will have to start this whole thing over!

So since I did SO bad I won't post a before pic, cause well no one wants to see that.
