A week of outfits #3

This last week was crazy for me.  I was off on Tuesday for New Year's Day, and ended up being off Friday to support my family.  So here is what I wore.
Monday I knew there was going to be a "Skeleton" crew at the office so I decided to wear something warm and comfortable.  Here I am wearing my new Old Navy cardigan with a rust colored tank (Target $8), and my J Crew riding pants (Clearance $20), along with my brown leather boots (Gift - DSW last year).  I was warm, felt cute, and very comfortable all day long.  Which is only right when hardly anyone was working that day.  I added a belt to hold the cardigan in place and give it a finished look.

Since I was off on Tuesday I threw this on to run some errands.  Gray skinny jeans from NY&Co ($20), Black long sleeve shirt from Old Navy ($8), my favorite light weight cardigan from Charlotte Russe (Clearance $10), and of course my MK rain boots.  It was actually raining this day.  I added a snake skin purple skinny belt and a pendant to finish off my outfit.

Wednesday it was cold and rainy yet again.  I wanted to bring a little bright to my day so I put on my AE neon peach skinny pants, my new black and white polka dot shirt from Charlotte Russe ($23), the Old Navy sweater ($6) that I added polka dots to ($6) and my MK Rain boots.  I felt nice and brightened up the office a little on a dark rainy day.  No jewelry other than a braided chain necklace up under my collar.

Thursday I wanted to look a little more professional so I wore my new AE Navy dress slacks with a shiny collared button up NY&Co shirt I found at GoodWill ($3), a simple brown 3/4 sleeve cardigan from Target (10), and my nude pumps from TJ Maxx ($29).  I finished off the look with a light brown skinny belt. I like this look because I was comfortable and looked very nice.

Friday I spent all day at the hospital and was both warm and comfortable in my Target ($8) leggings, Zara wool sweater with a tank underneath, and my J Crew leopard scarf.  I added my MK rain boots because they make me feel good and I always get compliments on them.  I was able to stay warm and look nice while sitting most of the time.

Do you have something you love to wear when you need to be comfortable?
Happy Shopping!
