Healthy Snack

I have picked up Apple Crisps in the store before.  They were good but lacked something.  Surfing through the internet I ran across an at home Apple Crisp receipt.  Thought I would share.  We all need great treats that don't cost a bundle and can get us through the day when all that junk is calling!
Ingredients:
   2 apples
   Cinnamon
Directions:
   Remove apple core
   Thinly slice the entire apple
   Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it
   Sprinkle with cinnamon.
   Bake at 275 degrees for two hours. At the end of hour one flip them over so they bake evenly.
